Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • Notification: You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.
    • International Shipping: 7-21 business days after processing.
    • Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time depends on your location and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance or local postal services.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: Your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches the destination country. We are not responsible for these charges and they are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipments to P.O. Boxes or military addresses may take longer than standard shipping times.

Damages

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
